Snatches (20, 40 or 60 reps)
Time Cap: 10 minutes
Snatch Weight Options:
Athletes have the option of snatching a lighter bar for 60 reps, a moderate weight for 40 reps, or a heavy weight for 20 reps.
Rx Men: 20@185lb, 40@135lb, or 60@95lb)
Rx Women: 20@135lb, 40@95lb, OR 60@65lb
Scaled Men: 20@155lb, 40@115lb, OR 60@75lb
Scaled Women: 20@105lb, 40@75lb, OR 60@55lb
Athletes will begin the workout accumulating reps on the calorie row and burpee box jump overs. Both athletes may be working at the same time and can split reps however They choose. Once the row and burpee box jump overs have been completed, BOTH teamMATES will move to the snatches where THEY will Accumulate 20, 40, or 60 snatches as a team. Any form of snatch may be used. only one bar (same weight) is permitted per team. Athletes must declare their snatch weight to the judge before the start of the workout. Teams may not change weight after declaring their weight at the start of the workout. Details to be explained at mandatory Athlete briefing on june 10th at 7:45am.
